Lenovo ThinkPad L420 and L520 are two portable solutions dedicated to the professional sector, the framework of an entry-level. Nevertheless, their technical characteristics make them interesting tools to follow the professional during their daily activities. Based on innovative Sandy Bridge processors developed by Intel, ThinkPad, ThinkPad L420 and L520 can be equipped with a wide range of CPUs, for example, Core i7-2620m 2.7-GHz, which leaves no doubts about his potency.

The technical configuration of these two devices can be chosen so as to obtain solutions to their members needs and expectations. For example, the manufacturer offers a wide choice of traditional hard disk drives and solid-state drive to integrate. In addition, on the other side of connectivity, in addition to the Gigabit Ethernet card and a WiFi module factory installed, you can also opt for a form of WiMAX, and HSPA EDVO. 720p, an integrated webcam placed on frame of the display allows you to easily keep in touch with friends and colleagues and the four USB 2.0 ports enable the connection of many devices.

Besides this, there is an eSATA port which eventually connect an external hard drive. The two models differ substantially in the form factor equal to 14 inches for the 15.6-inch ThinkPad L420 and L520 for the ThinkPad. The graphic can be controlled either by an integrated Intel controller, or from a dedicated video card Radeon HD 565v. Both laptops hit the market, along with the ThinkPad W520, ThinkPad T420 and T520, on 29 March at a price not yet announced.
